SHARE YOUR STRENGTH!
Live United by joining hundreds of other volunteers as we lend a hand to non-profit organizations all over Centre County.
Each year, Day of Caring volunteers work on improvement projects for Centre County; these services are available for all qualifying non-profit organizations, community recreational facilities, historical sites, and other relevant areas. The projects consist of activities such as landscaping, painting and repair.
Col Gerald R. Russell – PNC Bank – Centre County United Way “Day of Caring” is one of the largest annual volunteer events in Centre County. There is a need for both skilled and unskilled laborers. Day of Caring inspires us all, and is an excellent opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of Centre County residents, so join the fun!
Volunteers are needed for this countywide endeavor. No special skills are required!
No matter what your skill is, we have a project for you. Learn a new skill, make a new friend
and experience an amazing day where you will help transform your community.
Challenging light or heavy work opportunities are available; we also have a handful of needs for volunteers
who are experienced in construction and carpentry. Join us, as we continue to make our Happy Valley the
finest community possible.
Individuals or groups interested in volunteering please check back for registration information.
