Centre County United Way to Launch 2026 Campaign at Community Kickoff Event
State College, PA — Centre County United Way (CCUW) will officially launch its 2026 Campaign during its annual Campaign Kickoff event on Tuesday, June 10, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Foxdale Village in State College.
The event will bring together community leaders, donors, volunteers, partner agencies, and supporters to celebrate the impact of the 2025 campaign while looking ahead to the work still to be done across Centre County.
“This event is more than a campaign kickoff — it’s a reminder of what’s possible when our community comes together,” said Megan Evans, Executive Director of Centre County United Way. “Every partnership, every volunteer, and every contribution helps strengthen the network of support that so many of our neighbors rely on every day.”
Throughout the evening, attendees will hear directly from CCUW Partner Agencies about how local funding is creating meaningful change in the areas of health, financial stability, youth opportunity, and community resiliency. Guests will also engage with an interactive experience designed to highlight the daily challenges faced by A.L.I.C.E (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) households — families who are working but struggling to afford basic necessities.
The 2026 Campaign Kickoff is made possible through the generous support and partnership of Foxdale Village, whose commitment to community continues to help strengthen Centre County.
“We are grateful to be able to host this year’s Centre County United Way campaign kick-off at Foxdale Village,” said Tama Carey, CEO of Foxdale Village. “CCUW provides needed resources to partner agencies who fill in the gaps for people throughout Centre County. In addition to giving to the campaign, this is another way the Foxdale community can support their efforts.”
The event will feature stories of local impact, opportunities for engagement, light refreshments, and a first look at the goals and vision for the 2026 campaign.
