Taste of the Town 2026 is returning to The Penn Stater on Sunday, December 6, and we're inviting local restaurants, caterers, bakeries, breweries, wineries, and food vendors to join us for an evening of food, fun, and community impact.

As one of Centre County United Way’s signature events, Taste of the Town brings together local restaurants, community leaders, and supporters for an evening that fuels real impact across our community. As a participating vendor, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your signature offerings to hundreds of guests while helping support programs focused on Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency throughout Centre County.
Participating restaurants receive year-round recognition, promotional opportunities, complimentary event tickets, and the chance to compete for guest-voted awards.
Participating restaurants will benefit from:
- Featured recognition in event materials
- Inclusion in event advertising
- Ongoing social media spotlights
- Listing with logo and linking in a year-round restaurant directory on CCUW website
- Commemorative window cling/sticker for display
- Two (2) complimentary event tickets for use as you see fit. (Optional)
In addition, restaurants who commit early will benefit from extended promotional opportunities through:
